Meet Kiffin and Kelly Ward, sibling co-founders of Ward’s Manufacturing. Both former customers of metal fabrication companies, they have stood in their customer’s shoes and will do what it takes to earn their trust.

KIFFIN WARD

CEO & Co-founder

Kiffin Ward is the CEO and Co-founder of Ward’s Manufacturing. He leads our manufacturing operations. He is a Mechanical and Product Engineer whose breadth of experience includes every stage of product development from start to finish, including project scoping, design, material selection, fabrication, finishing, quality control, delivery, maintenance, and customer relations. He has designed and fabricated a wide range of custom prototypes and patented products across industries. Kiffin has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island.

KELLY WARD

President & Co-founder

Kelly Ward is the President and Co-founder of Ward’s Manufacturing. She leads our business operations, including strategy, sales, customer success, and vendor management. Kelly has over a decade of experience in strategy, business development, and project management roles. She comes from the agricultural technology industry managing projects that designed, manufactured, and delivered cutting-edge artificial intelligence and computer vision technologies to indoor farms across the world. Her focus is to manage technologies and processes that create precise, predictable production. Kelly has a B.A. from Northeastern University and an M.P.A. from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs.

A LEGACY OF SERVICE

Kiffin and Kelly Ward were raised in a family that values honing a trade to serve their community.
They are first-generation Americans; their parents immigrated to Rhode Island in the 1960s from England and Canada. Their father served in the military until they were teenagers. Their mother was a computer scientist and a teacher who worked for the University of Rhode Island.
One of their grandfathers was a carpenter rebuilding London after WWII. Their other grandfather was an auto mechanic and metalworker and their grandmother was a farmer.
