Services
Ward’s Manufacturing is a contract manufacturer metal fabrication shop specializing in fiber laser cutting, CNC press brake bending, machining, and part designing.
Our 3 kW fiber laser cuts metal sheets up to 5′ × 10′ and handles thicknesses up to 3/4″ for steel, 3/8″ for stainless steel, 5/16″ for aluminum, and 3/16″ for titanium, brass, copper, and nickel.
Our 190-ton CNC press brake handles bends on parts up to 10′ long.
Additional services include countersinking, counterboring, thread cutting, inserts, etching, glass bead blasting, and vibratory tumbling, as well as value added services (anodizing, powder coating, welding, etc.).

Fiber Laser Cutting
- A fiber laser cutter is a high-precision machine that uses a focused laser beam of light to cut through various metals, creating intricate shapes and designs with exceptional accuracy.
Our 3kw laser cutter can cut;
Mild Steel (up to 3/4”)
Stainless Steel (up to 3/8”)
Aluminum (up to 5/16”)
Brass, Copper, Titanium, Nickel (up to 3/16”)

CNC Press Brake Bending
- A CNC press brake is a computer-controlled machine that bends sheet metal into precise shapes and angles, achieving accurate and repeatable bends.
- 190 ton press brake with tooling to bend 1/4″ metal parts up to 10 ft. long.
- Thicker metal bending available by request.

Machining
- Machining is a manufacturing process that involves shaping metal components by removing material with various tools, resulting in precise and complex parts.
We offer;
- Thread cutting
- Countersinks
- Counterbores
- Laser etching
- Inserts
- Glass bead blasting
- Vibratory Tumbling

Product Design
- We can work with you to understand your production needs and create or improve your designs from idea to final production-ready blueprints, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and manufacturability.
- We can design a file from scratch or improve your existing CAD files.
